Privately owned condos in downtown Gatlinburg give you the convenience of walking access to downtown shops, attractions and restaurants. The condos range in size from 1 bedroom, 1 bath at Oak Square to 2 bedroom 2 bath or 3 bedroom 3 bath condos at Gatlinburg Chateau. All of the condos are clean and comfortably furnished, with kitchens equipped for light cooking.

The Oak Square condos offer a king bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, kitchenette with refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, cook top and toaster or toaster oven. Each condo has a private balcony, some face over the pool deck. The building offers both an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, free parking and free wifi.

The Gatlinburg Chateau condos are furnished and decorated to the owner's taste, so some will have a sleeper sofa and some do not. Each condo has either a king in one bedroom and a queen in the other, or a queen bed in each bedroom. All condos have a kitchen with full appliances, including dishwasher, and a private balcony off the living room. The 3 bedroom condo has a jacuzzi tub in the master suite. Depending on the position in the building, some offer a wonderful view of downtown Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. The building offer a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, free parking and free wifi.

Both condos and chalets are available for overnight stays of two nights or more.
